Term of Use.

1. Acceptance

By using Emailnator (“the site,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. What Emailnator is

Emailnator generates temporary email addresses, mostly on real Gmail domains, and shows the messages sent to them. The free tier requires no account or sign-up: every generated address and its inbox is public, messages are kept for 24 hours with a 7-day backup window, and nothing about a free address is tied to a personal identity. Gmailnator Premium is a separate, account-based product with its own private inboxes and terms, available at premium.emailnator.com.

3. Public inboxes: use responsibly

Anyone who has a generated address can open its inbox and read its messages. Never use a free Emailnator address for anything tied to your real identity or anything sensitive: banking, government IDs, medical records, or accounts you can't afford to lose. We are not responsible for the consequences of using a public address for sensitive signups.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Emailnator to:

• Break any applicable law, or facilitate anyone else doing so.
• Harass, defraud, impersonate, or send unsolicited bulk messages to a third party.
• Circumvent rate limits, scrape the site at scale, or otherwise interfere with the service's normal operation.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or probe the security of the site or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or block access, without notice, for any use we reasonably believe violates these terms or puts the service at risk.

5. No warranty

Emailnator is provided “as is,” free of charge, with no guarantee of uptime, message delivery, or availability of any particular address. Generated addresses, message content, and the service itself may change or become unavailable without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emailnator and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including lost messages, missed verification codes, or access given to third parties through a public inbox.

7. Third-party services and links

The site links to and relies on third-party services, including our advertising and security providers (see our Cookies page), our Temp Number and AI Tools partner sites, and our API listed on RapidAPI. Those services are governed by their own terms, not ours.

8. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
